Welcome to Redmile Appraisals, 

I've been appraising residential property for over 15 years in Hernando, Pasco and Citrus Counties. I work for many large finance and mortgage companies as well as smaller, local banks and lending institutions. I also do private appraisals for estates, divorce, listing and tax purposes.

Jim Redmile

A graduate of Newberry College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications, Jim is the President of Jim Redmile Appraisals, Inc., but it doesn't mean he's the boss (see pretty girl next door).   

Danielle Redmile

Danielle is Jim's better half and the administrator of the two. She's highly organized, efficient and the brains of the organization. She handles Jim's scheduling and business side of the company.
